Meet Alfredo Salcedo

If you’re selling property in the competitive Denver market, you need someone on your side who is skilled at negotiating top dollar for your property. If you’re buying, you want an associate you can trust not to let you buy anything they wouldn’t invest in themselves.

A third-generation property specialist, I started selling real estate in my birth country, Venezuela, at the age of 15. I gained invaluable experience in business, sales, real estate investment and remodelling while working alongside my father in his real estate firm and car dealership, and my grandfather’s construction company. I still practise many of the humble lessons learnt, today.

An experienced real estate investor myself, I am passionate about building long-term relationships with both new and experienced investors to grow their knowledge of the market and build a legacy for their families.

My most recent statistics show that I consistently negotiate an above-average discount in listing price for buyers. For sellers, I settle above the listing price and often over the appraisal value. I enjoy the challenge of resolving seemingly impossible situations for my clients and helping them to build a path to financial security.

My greatest accomplishment? My first home: an old duplex which I tore down and built up into a 4500sqft modern duplex currently listed on Airbnb. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. We almost lost the property. But I would do it all again in a heartbeat. I will never forget standing before our completed home, built by my own hands. My grandfather would have been proud.

Whether in my personal or professional life, I am goal-driven and motivated by consistent improvement. I love learning and surround myself with mentors and skilled individuals who complement my areas of expertise.

When I’m not helping my clients close the best deal, I keep busy with high-adrenaline seasonal sports, remodeling projects and hiking with my family and my chocolate Labrador.

I’m Elena Donaire, proudly serving as the Director of Operations and a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Originally hailing from the vibrant city of Madrid, I’ve been living in Colorado for the past ten years.

With a solid foundation in finance, I discovered my true calling in the dynamic world of real estate. My passion lies in empowering our community to make informed decisions during these significant real estate milestones.

Within our team, I take on the role of a transaction conductor, dedicated to orchestrating smooth journeys from contract to closing. My primary aim is to turn what can be a stressful process into a positive, memorable experience for our clients, consistently delivering exceptional results.

Outside the world of real estate, I cherish moments with my wonderful family, delight in DIY projects, and thrive on connecting with new people and learning their unique stories.

I was born and raised in Mexico City, and I earned my Business degree from the best University in Mexico. My career has been primarily focused on Strategic Planning, Process Improvement, and Customer Care, and I’ve had the opportunity to work in various industries, including tourism, health, food, automotive, and event planning. Through these experiences, I’ve gained a deep understanding of customers’ needs and motivations.

Seeking new challenges and a commitment to continuous learning, I made the decision to move to Denver four years ago. This move allowed me to immerse myself in different cultures and lifestyles, and I took the opportunity to learn various languages, including English, Portuguese, and Korean.

Now, I’m embarking on a new journey in the field of Real Estate, and I am dedicated to offering my knowledge and guidance to help our clients achieve their requirements. I’m here to provide the support and assistance needed to make their real estate goals a reality.
